Dear Family of our Beloved brother Liu Suey,
We, on behalf of the churches in Korea, want to convey our heartfelt sympathies to you on the departure of our dear brother. Truly, our brother fought the good fight, kept the faith, and triumphantly finished his course in the New Testament ministry. Throughout his time serving our dear Lord, he was a pattern who lived Christ, ministered Christ to others, and shepherded the saints according to God for the building up of His Body.
We especially remember the faithful service he provided to the churches in South Korea in the early days of our church life. His selfless shepherding during that period laid a solid foundation for us to continue in the way of the Lord’s recovery. All praise to our dear Lord Jesus for raising up and constituting such a pattern in our midst; one so exercised in spirit, faithfully in oneness with the ministry of the age, and wholeheartedly committed to the progress and joy of the faith of us all.
May the God of all comfort abundantly sustain our brother’s family and the saints who have been shepherded through him, as we diligently follow the Lord in building up the Body of Christ, just as our brother did.
